The trains in spain are better than the plane(s)

The train system in Spain is such that every person must have a reservation to ride the trains. Sometimes we were told that we did not need one on trains that stopped at every station, but as a general rule it seemed that no reservation meant getting thrown off the train. Then again sometimes even having a reserved seat does not guarantee having a place to sit. I spent one night quite comfortably snoozing under the tables in the cafeteria train after taking the cushions off the seat to sleep on. I was probably a darn side safer too. All my belongings were against the wall well protected. I had a reservation, but my seat was taken.
